I personally worry more about active measures that Trump might take, like trying to screw with NAFTA. He obviously won't be interested in expanding free trade much either.
I do expectsome sort of deal with the UK will happen once brexit completes. The fact that he is unpopular abroad is unlikely to be a major issue here because the Brits will need to take what they can get.
Otherwise, I don't think his unpopularity abroad is going to matter much on this issue, because I don't think he would be trying to make any realistic feals anyway.
