    Definition:

    One μg of glucose or oneμg of reduced gluconic substance equivalent produced by one-minute hydrolyzing of glucosan by 1 gram ofβ-glucanase powder(1ml of β-glucanase solution),under the condition of 40°C& pH=5.0,is defined as one active enzyme unit: u/g(u/ml).

    This xylanase is made from Aspergillus niger through cultivation and extraction technique. This product contains abundant endo-β-Xylanase, exterior β-Xylanase and xylo-disaccharide glycosidase, which can degrade the linear polysaccharide beta-1,4-xylan into low molecular material, such as xylose, so as to release the protein and sugar in plants adequately and to increase the utilization rate of feedstuff. Concretely, it can decrease the viscosity of chyme in?the gastrointestinal tract and stimulates the digestion and absorption of nutrients; It can release the nutrients and improves the availability of feedstuff and ameliorate the micro-ecosystem in the gastrointestinal tract.
    This xylanase also can be used in the processing of soybean protein, starch and beer etc. toaccelerate filtration and improve yield.
