1) In order to expand our products into South America, we are writing to you to seek cooperate possibilities. 2) We are writing to you to establish long-term trade relations with you 3) We wish to express our desire to enter into business relationship with you
我們可以用英文如下表達(dá): 1) We are a leading company with many years' experience in machinery export business.
2) We enjoy a good reputation internationally in the circle of textile
3) We have our principle as "Clients' needs come first".
4) A credible sales network has been set up and we have our regular clients from over 100 countries and regions worldwide
5) Located in Shanghai, we take the advantage to set up our solidified production basis in coasted and inland areas.
1) Art.No.102 is our newly launched one with superb quality,fashionable design,and competitive price.
2) We have a good variety of colors and sizes to meet with different needs
3) Our products are enjoying popularity in Asian markets
4) To give you a general idea of our products,we are enclosing our catalogue for your reference.
1) Your comments on our products or any information on your market demand will be really appreciated.
2) We are looking forward to your specific inquiries.
We have obtained your name and address from Internet I will introuduce my selif to you,my name is navy zhang,i come from the famous plywood city-linyi,Shandong province, china

另外幾招: 第1招 妥善安排會(huì)面的約定 —Id like to make an appointment with Mr. Lee.
Id like to make an appointment with Mr.Lee."(我想和李先生約見一次。)
I will arrange everything.
第3招 溝通進(jìn)行中應(yīng)避免干擾 —No interruptions during the meeting!
Its my fault."(對不起,是我的錯(cuò)。) .
第6招 抱怨不是無理取鬧 —I have a complaint to make. 但是生氣并不能解決問題,不如心平氣和而語氣堅(jiān)定地告訴對方 "I have a complaint to make.”(我有怨言。)
第7招 資料須充實(shí)完備 —We have a pamphlet in English.
當(dāng)客戶聽到你說 "We have a pamphlet in English."(我們有英文的小冊子。)或 "Please take this as a sample"(請將這個(gè)拿去當(dāng)樣品。)
第9招 做個(gè)周到的主人 —You can use our office equipment if necessary. 例如,大大方方地告訴他“ You can use our office equipment if necessary.”(如果必要的話,您可以使用我們的辦公室設(shè)備。)
第10招 詢問對方的意見 —What is your opinion? 當(dāng)你和他人進(jìn)行溝通時(shí),除了說出自己的想法以外,隨時(shí)可加上一句“What is your opinion?”(你的意見是?)或“ Id like to hear your ideas about the problem.”(我想聽聽你對這個(gè)問題的看法。)
I think I should call a lawyer.
或沒告訴他?I think I should call a lawyer."(我想我該叫個(gè)律師。)
第12招 找出問題癥結(jié) --What seems to be the trouble? 向?qū)Ψ教皆儭癢hat seems to be the troubte?”(有什么困難嗎?)或問一句“Is there something that needs our attention?"
第13招 要有解決問題的誠意 —Please tell me about it. 你的一句“Please tell me about it”(請告訴我這件事的情況。)或“Im sorry for my error and assure you I will take great care in performing the work”(我為我的錯(cuò)誤感到抱歉,并向您保證,我會(huì)盡全力處理此事。)
第14招 適時(shí)提出建議 --We'll send you a replacement right away. 例如:你運(yùn)送到客戶手上的貨物,的確不是訂單上所標(biāo)明的,而你又能立即向他保證 "We'll send you a replacement right away." 或者告訴他“We can adjust the price for you if you keep the material.”(如果您留下這批材料,我們可以為您調(diào)整價(jià)格。)
第15招 隨時(shí)確認(rèn)重要的細(xì)節(jié) —Is this waht we decided? 一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)疑點(diǎn),應(yīng)立刻詢問對方“Is this what we decided? 合約內(nèi)容真的錯(cuò)得離譜,就應(yīng)告訴對方“I'll have to return this contract to you unsigned."(我得將這份合約退還給你,不能簽名。)
第16招 聽不懂對方所說的話時(shí),務(wù)必請他重復(fù) —Would you mind repeating it?
Would you mind repeating it?"(您介意再講一遍嗎?),相信對方不但會(huì)再說一遍,而且連速度都會(huì)放慢些。如果你還是沒聽懂,那么仍然要用這個(gè)老方法:“Could you explain it more precisely?”(您能解釋得更明白一點(diǎn)嗎?
第17招 使談判對手作肯定答復(fù)的問題 —Is it important that …? 或“Is it helpful if …?”(如果…
—The best compromise we can maks is... 不論你的對手是如何的咄咄逼人,你總得做一個(gè)最后的讓步:“The best compromise we can make is … 或是“ This is the lowest possible price.”(這是最低的可能價(jià)格了。)
第19招 不要倉促地做決定 —Please let me think it over. 如果你正在和客戶商談一件無法遂下決定的事時(shí),不妨請他給你一點(diǎn)時(shí)間“Please let me think it over.”(請讓我考慮一下。)或“ Would it be all right to give you an answer tomorrow?”(明天再答復(fù)您行嗎?) 如果你說“No,but…”
第21招 不要催促對手下決定 --Stop asking "Have you decided?"
將所達(dá)成的協(xié)議逐一列入記錄—— Let's have the agreed items recorded. 因此,每達(dá)成一項(xiàng)協(xié)議,要記得提醒對方“Let's have the agreed items recorded."
Don't boast!
所以在向他人做“ We can give you a guarantee 100 years.”(我們可以給您一百年的保證。)
第24招 不浪費(fèi)溝通對手的時(shí)間 - ...then I'll drive you to the airport for your flight at 7:00. 當(dāng)你和客戶談好了一切細(xì)節(jié)以后,你對他說“I'll have my secretary type the contract for you to sign at once, then I'll drive you to the airport for your flight at 7:00.
第26招 達(dá)到目地,立即離開 —I'm glad to have met you, Mr. Lee. 因此商議一完成,立即以 "I'm glad to have met you, Mr. Lee."(李先生,很高興認(rèn)識您。)
第27招 充滿信心地進(jìn)行溝通 —You can ask me any question.
第28招 對溝通對手的專長與能力表示認(rèn)知 --I know you are good at …. 向你的溝通對手表示你認(rèn)知他的能力,并寄希望他有所表現(xiàn):“I know you are good at handling difficult situations, and I believe I can count on you."(我知道你擅于處理棘手問題,并相信我可以依賴您。)
第29招 以肯定的語氣,談?wù)搶κ值膯栴} —I believe our experts can give you helpful advice for the problem in your company.
當(dāng)對手正在為某個(gè)問題煩惱,而你正好能夠幫他忙,一句 "I believe our experts can give you helpful advice for the problem in your company."
他們寧愿寫“Your letter has been received”,“Your complaint is being looked into”而不是“I have received your letter”或者“We are looking into your complaint”。
我想您會(huì)說“I am sorry we cannot deliver the goods today”。既然在電話中您會(huì)這樣說,為什么在信件中要改成“It is regretted that goods cannot be delivered today”?
當(dāng)然,如果您無法確定收信人的名字,那就在稱呼一欄里寫“Dear Sirs” or “Dear Sir or Madam”
比如“We look forward to a bright and glorious future of cooperation”,就不如直接寫成“We hope to have the opportunity to work together with you in the future.”,這樣才更加符合西方人的語言習(xí)慣。
比如這樣的標(biāo)題“How are you?” ,“Can we work together?”,建議您改成“Proposal: Bright Ideas Imports--Zhejiang Textile's Partnership Opportunity”或者“Introduction: Our Product Offerings for Bright Ideas Imports.”

We have learned that you are dealing in...或you are a wholesaler and distributor of...
其次,不要寫我們的公司的產(chǎn)品enjoy great populrity all over of the world,因?yàn)榭蛻粜睦锩靼?

Hello XX,
You are quite correct I am extremely busy every day and I would imagine so other business men. I have talked to other men in similar business to us and they also regard all the emails they receive everyday from suppliers around the world as a waste of time and annoying.
I’m not sure if I can help you but I have a few suggestions re email marketing.
If you send emails to new companies I would include a list of customers that you currently export to in various countries
I would also include customer testimonials from your buyers. This are very powerful and give you credibility.
Try to word your email differently from all the other suppliers. They all look and sound the same so most of them will be deleted or ignored immediately
