    不管你是在做自己的外貿獨立商城,還是在alibaba速賣通,eBay,etsy等平臺上面銷售商品,都會遇到一些買家拍下商品,但遲遲未下單的情況。

    未付款訂單指買家已經拍下商品,但尚未付款的訂單。

    首先,PayPal商務顧問Jane分析下出現此類情況的原因:

    1、拍下后,無法及時聯(lián)系賣家對細節(jié)進行確認
    2、拍下后,發(fā)現運費過高
    3、對同類商品需要再進行比較
    4、付款過程出現問題
    5、對賣家信譽產生疑慮

    那么對于未付款訂單,PayPal顧問Jane建議您可以采取以下管理技巧:

    1)當訂單生成后立即給買家發(fā)站內信、郵件,或者利用TradeManager及時和買家進行溝通,了解他對這些“未付款訂單”的意見
    2)根據買家意見,
    a.對價格、運費進行調整,給予折扣,讓商品更具競爭力;
    b.進一步展示商品,提供圖片、細節(jié)描述,讓買家對商品質量有更深認識;
    c.如果買家支付上遇到困難,可以主動幫助買家解決該支付問題;
    d.對自己的公司實力進行簡單介紹,增加買家信任和購買信心。
    3)如果買家24小時內仍未付款也未給予任何回復,可以考慮主動調整價格,系統(tǒng)會自動發(fā)送調價后的郵件,通知買家重新關注下單商品
    4)有條件可以跟買家進行電話溝通
