[現(xiàn)場直播 第一單的成功與失敗與大家分享 最新更新這一單嚴格算來已經不是第一單了,之前有個小小的樣品單不足為念,故曰第一單,而且可能是第一次成功的單或者第一次失敗的單,因為此單還在進行中,算是現(xiàn)場直播了吧!放下成功與失敗不談,謹以此單過程中的一些心得和體會和大家分享,歡迎指教和建議
上班已近三月,純貿易性質的公司,無展會,單憑一個付費ec21平臺很難滿足公司發(fā)展,因此我一上班基本就定格在不斷emai開發(fā)客戶上來。
在三個月中大概有萬余封郵件出去。主要是 利用群發(fā)漫天撒網 和 搜索引擎精準搜索兩種,效果也只能達到2天一個詢盤。主要是這種開發(fā)招來了
一大批印度客人和 賣制管機械的

。所以我前兩個月處理的詢盤主要以??泛泛的詢價而告終。
9月初對我還不錯的經理 突然提出辭職,經理在我印象中還是算很務實的,沒有城府。雖然業(yè)務上沒有教給我多少,但是為人很不錯,辭職的前幾個小時
還在安排公司的工作。晚上一起吃飯時候經理給我留下兩句話“即使明天要走,今天的工作你還是要認真完成,和你在阿里那邊有朋友不一定非要等到有單了再走”。公司屬于低提成 低底薪的企業(yè)。我當時就是想拿下一單,證明下自己了再辭職。
經理走后,我上能分到的詢盤多了起來?;静挥萌グl(fā)開發(fā)信了。
9月底的前一個禮拜五,都快要下班了 突然老板接到國外客戶的電話,我想是老板的老客戶就沒在意,后來老板立馬出來說“馬上有一個新的詢盤,大家一個小時完成價格方案” 過一會詢盤轉發(fā)我編號。新客戶是我這邊負責的。

禮拜一下午,公司采購上班即開始 尋此產品,其實禮拜5也打過很多電話,得出了采購價格。馬上給客人報價。

items懷疑是我們重量算錯了,搞得我以為客戶是要改重量數(shù)量等,最后實在扛不住,只好could you send me an email for conformation and by the way
may I have you phone number?最后證實是客人自己算錯了。
接電話心得:先確定對方是誰,他要找誰,不要聊了一陣才你找誰啊、?盡快切入主題 用item product size 等 迅速判斷客戶是誰并找出文件位置
? ?? ?? ?? ?? ???聽力很重要的,緊張很多時候是因為沒有聽懂。大伙多聽voa
? ?? ?? ?? ?? ???客人問什么前,盡量讓他說 你聽,你想別人打電話給你肯定是有事情的,你卻拿起來嘰里咕嚕一通,把客人憋得多難受,要他聽不懂你講的就更難

? ?? ?? ?? ?? ? 不要說得太快,客戶一般是希望聽懂而不是欣賞你的口語。說到數(shù)字大不了一個個念

嘿嘿 其實我比較喜歡研究客戶郵件的,也許大家認為沒有前戲 問候或者什么的信件是無法接受的。
但是在作為一個大家都很equal 或者你是強勢面前,真的沒有必要很謙卑,business is business。你去Regards your parents。should be obliged,are youcontent with our service云云不一定效果很好。
有禮有節(jié)的講清楚問題是王道。上面客戶的話 雖然沒有上下文銜接 潤色之類,但是風格可能值得大家參考下。最后客人回復是他們自己的理解錯誤,并將我們報價 一個個圈出來 提出修改回發(fā)給我們

建議;客人是什么定位,提出什么問題。就要多談他想要知道的問題馬上和鋼廠確認,結果那邊咬死不給包裝。大的廠家都是很牛B的,沒有辦法 馬上得出方案,我們自買木箱到港了再裝。不再累述
另外:作為外貿公司,速度真的很重要。我們能提供的優(yōu)勢就是方案的及時性和全面性,你的快速會讓客戶感覺你Professional,她受到重視。哪怕是 acknowledge receipt of email.
改價:
客人在確定包裝后,經歷了三次改價
數(shù)量5個規(guī)格變化為兩個規(guī)格
單規(guī)格的數(shù)量從 7 到 10 到20
客人在最后數(shù)量定格在20 pcs后 就咬死要我們降價 ,一直就discount??tolerace 來了
客戶怎么知道 我們還可以給他降價,并要求我們接二連三的降價最后到了 合適的利潤 市場 6個點呢
客戶很熟悉我們的市場?

作為一個2元一次方程 甚至再到多元
客戶提出三次更改。我們會按照數(shù)量多少 不定的提高或者降低利潤率
客戶只要改變三次 他i就能大體知道你的利潤浮動范圍。不是很精確 至少也有60%以上的準確率了。
所以各位 直接在單價上批量乘利潤流的就要注意了
客戶多次改變條目,規(guī)格很可能就在想套你的底線。不幸我大約是中招了。
客戶所Price is ok時候 我的利潤就不是那么可觀了。
只是個數(shù)學和感覺的結合 大家可以體會體會 嘿嘿

我在國慶節(jié) 逛在南京西路 也實在忍不住 跑去了旁邊的網吧 上網下A335標準 發(fā)現(xiàn)里面沒有關于表面粗糙的規(guī)定
的,馬上將標準發(fā)給采購 老板。后采購確認 該技術問題可以解決。
感悟:我的打算是節(jié)后來解決客戶的技術問題的,老板卻堅持在節(jié)日里面給了客人有效回復。
你放假,客人卻是沒有放假的。另外,你的競爭對手放假了嗎?

關鍵是現(xiàn)在 我們買不到貨物了。。。公司采購馬上開始了多方詢價,均無果 要不是起訂量我們的單子都達不到 要么就是進口的天價
我“在國內只要花錢 沒有買不到的貨物”的思維被考驗了,其實即使那你順利搞到貨物了,供應商的考證,評估,生產進度
出貨檢驗,后續(xù)關系等 我們做一個單一的sale很少去考慮這些問題的。全面的考慮市場 考慮供應商 我想是應該讓才出道的sale更加明白
為什么你每次報價后都是無果而終。為什么你競爭不過別人。
期間,我們接到了天津一個貿易公司的報價,稱有現(xiàn)貨,經過采購溝通4次后才答應給我們寄樣檢驗,我們就滿懷希望的等著檢驗結果,結果來戲了

PS:銷售如果不懂自己的產品,是在忽悠自己。懂自己的產品包含:產品的基本屬性??產品的國內發(fā)展情況 產品的國際市場 你的競爭對手??產品的行規(guī)等就在期待著報告出來:
結果報告出來,該貿易公司顯然是想騙取我們30%的預付款,出具了假證書,這一來回耽誤了我們一個禮拜時間。
接著我談下對國內市場或者小到鋼管市場的客人看法
1 不要給外銷看得多么吃香,內外都是銷。沒有必要有種優(yōu)越感

客戶要樣了,只好找辦法拖延一下。最快的時間看能不能解決問題。
老板倒是很奇怪了,要么是放權 要么是自己忙 從頭到尾除了國慶 她很少關心我這個單子,

在老板那里基本都只有yes no的 基本不會教你。
這里的成本換算比較簡單 和大家分享下:經過我最后思考得出最保守即是最保險的算法,逆推算法
我們收匯 Total:40000歐元(除包裝費)??歐元今日匯率 8.4644
每噸底線338000*(8.4644-0.001*40)/4.96噸+退稅=XXX+退稅
假設只打算做客人下一批貨生意和后續(xù)訂單,按??XXX+退稅? ?去 采購貨物
每噸成本=XXX+退稅 元
可是我們拿著我們可以開得價格 都比國內市場高了 XX鋼還是大手一揮 5噸起訂。
我傻眼了
客戶的樣品時間也到了
樣品可以推掉
但是大貨我們拿什么交給客戶

戶的30%定金
開始了道歉歷程 說實話 我內心是覺得很對不住客戶,也覺得比較低落,因為客戶守信譽。經濟

再resent email后客戶馬上就電話來了,這個客戶電話交流時間多,但是該公司老板不懂英語 而
業(yè)務mm的英語也說的不怎么好。
我們經常電話 久了 我盡然也能聽懂她8成的意思了。
客戶意思是:我們不是和你們一再電話 和信函確認了嗎 怎么會出現(xiàn)這個問題。
做你們現(xiàn)在要求的起訂量5噸 每規(guī)格要多少根。我們會考慮多定的。
這里有個問題注意了
在大家眼中 MT 是metric ton 公噸的意思呢 還是meter的意思呢?搞得我和客戶確認了很久,他
經理批評我們不Professional 因為國際慣例Mt是meter
怪怪 我現(xiàn)在只知道 Iran 和 italy 是這種理解。最后還是來了個 5000,kilograms 解決這個問
題的,
