10。This letter of credit is transferable in china only，in the event of a transfer，
a letter from the first beneficiary must accompany the document for negotiation。
本信用證僅在中國可轉(zhuǎn)讓，如確需轉(zhuǎn)讓，第一受益人發(fā)出的書面證明須連同單據(jù)一起議付。
