1） 既然要讓買家付錢，最好提供正式一定的文件--- PI，把自己的賬號(hào)直接寫在郵件里面讓買家轉(zhuǎn)賬是不太好吧。
2） PI里面，最好能簡(jiǎn)單寫下產(chǎn)品的主要規(guī)格、包裝，確認(rèn)樣品的制作的細(xì)節(jié)，免得客戶付了錢收到樣品后又反饋樣品不是他想要的，影響進(jìn)一步的合作。

要買家的快遞賬號(hào)是重點(diǎn)，確認(rèn)樣品細(xì)節(jié)是為了讓收運(yùn)費(fèi)顯得不那么直接。
再說，多確認(rèn)下SAMPLE DETAIL 也沒什么壞處，又專業(yè)又仔細(xì)。
如果能再包裝一下免費(fèi)樣品會(huì)更好：

如果不收樣品費(fèi)的, 想讓買家出運(yùn)費(fèi)，如果樣品制作的時(shí)間不長(zhǎng)，不管樣品是不是真的READY，都可以告訴客戶說樣品已經(jīng)完成了，說不定買家一看，東西已經(jīng)可以寄啦，那我再看一眼吧。
