2012 本來(lái)就給我怪怪的感覺(jué) ,2012 ,工作之始便得到客戶收到產(chǎn)品后的極不滿意 ,內(nèi)心真的是極度悲涼 !
付客人original email 如下 ,希望路過(guò)的前輩,外貿(mào)精英們 ,各行的易友們多多給偶寫(xiě)建議,小女子將不勝感激了 ,( 做了兩年多的客戶真的萬(wàn)千個(gè)不舍得因此丟失 )

Like this position really I am very confused and I don’t know how can
continues the business, some time some problem and some time another problem, s
o many time my personal visits in your factory and after long discussion we decided
and agreed everything very clear, but I don’t understand, some time the same
thing is very good and the next time that is the same thing is different and wrong,
its means can do but not for always, for me this is very difficult to understand this s
ituation. My question is this, where is the error? Is there mismanagement?
Is there problem of non technical person? Is there no professionalism? Is there no
pay the attention? Is there wrong supervision? Or is there no seriousness? Kindly let
me know about this, I will be highly appreciated to you, like this position I cannot
waste the time, loose the customers, loose the business and glory of business .

個(gè)人觀點(diǎn):1.和公司的相關(guān)同事和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)總結(jié)出客戶提出的產(chǎn)品問(wèn)題的根源是什么,給客戶一個(gè)合理的解釋。2.重新生產(chǎn)客戶所訂購(gòu)的貨物,運(yùn)費(fèi)也有廠家出,如果這次再出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,尊重客戶的決定,不再繼續(xù)合作。雖然不知道貨值是多少,運(yùn)費(fèi)的費(fèi)用多少,是否有報(bào)關(guān)等方面的涉及,但是無(wú)論怎樣,一個(gè)好的客戶還是值得這么做的。畢竟建立一個(gè)客戶本身就不容易,可以看出你的客戶很好,就像樓上的回復(fù)一樣,語(yǔ)氣不是很強(qiáng)勢(shì)。3.再說(shuō)些軟話,讓客戶的情緒平靜些。然后一起干接下來(lái)怎么盡可能挽回?fù)p失。以上只是個(gè)人的意見(jiàn),有不妥的地方多包涵,請(qǐng)見(jiàn)諒。
這個(gè)客戶應(yīng)該是算是個(gè)挺善解人意的客戶。
郵件里關(guān)于這些投訴的語(yǔ)氣也不是很生硬。
所以,應(yīng)該還有很大的希望繼續(xù)合作。
我覺(jué)得目前來(lái)說(shuō),主要的關(guān)鍵是,要坦率地和客戶溝通,告訴他到底是什么原因的問(wèn)題,然后你們也給表個(gè)態(tài),相信客戶應(yīng)該會(huì)被你們的真誠(chéng)打動(dòng)的。
我年前也收到幾個(gè)客戶的投訴,確實(shí)很郁悶。
為了以后的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)合作,必要時(shí)可建議你老板或經(jīng)理幫忙給客戶寫(xiě)封信,這樣會(huì)起到蠻大的作用
