整理郵箱，無意間看到以下郵件：

Dear Ms. Crystal,
Please provide best offer for your tiles??for every two weeks 1 full 20ft container in s a vessel.
I have provided you the measures already so we want to go to every week 5 containers but the first containers must arrive before 15 December 2007. Than every two weeks an arrival.
Please provide you telephone number and all other details.
How we are going to do the payment ?
We work with with Chinese companies since 1982 so we know that we do not do TT etc.
We also want to know what is going to happen with the breakage during the trip. Who is going to pay for that. Because the packing must be good.
I suggest that we pay a part and after reception of the goods, we hold back the damages and pay the rest.
Believe me this will be a good revolving business for you so lets us start with a good mutual basic.
Look to hear to day from you, although I know it is 4 o5 o'clock in the afternoon in China.

We work with with Chinese companies since 1982 so we know that we do not do TT etc.”看到這句話心里就有點(diǎn)不爽了，知道他的意思是中國公司都不可靠，不能做TT。而且我在外貿(mào)論壇上看過有人說荷蘭人看不起中國人，這么說來倒是印證了這句話了。但畢竟人家說得那么有誠意，先忍下來，于是有了下面的回復(fù)：

About the payment,I am afraid we couldn't agree with you.Our usual payment term is by T/T,and many customer??even pay the full amount to us before production.Pls. trust us we are a reliable manufacturer.

因?yàn)橹莱山坏目赡苄晕⒑跗湮?，而且那天的郵件特別多，結(jié)尾這句“Pls. trust us we are a reliable manufactur”也是草草收?qǐng)觯幌攵噘M(fèi)心思。于是客戶回復(fù)如下：

Dear Crystal,
Thanks for your message.
Please do accept my apologies if I use the wrong words. But honestly I never heard such a stupid sentence. I??????have to trust a Chinese company because they are reliable ? How you would feel if I would say: trust us we are???? reliable ? Isn't it stupid. If you cannot accept what we are proposing, let it be. We can buy from other countries or other chinese manufacturers. But please do remember we are working and buying from China since 1982 andone thing you do not do in China is trust a company!!??And by the way we already tried to insure (debit insurance) you company, if it is so trust worthy why we cannot insure it ??

So lets talk business. What do you want ? We are not stupids to sent you money, just as you are not willing to?? sent us tiles !! What is the solution ?? So let us not waste time by these discussions, if you provide a solution we will talk further if not, no problem, because your are still far to expensive in comparison with other suppliers in??????China.

第二天一早打開郵箱就看到了客戶以上的回復(fù)?！癇ut honestly I never heard such a stupid sentence. I??????have to trust a Chinese company because they are reliable ? Isn't it stupid.”STUPID就TTUPID吧，早知道我那么說人家是輕而易舉就可以反駁的。但不管客戶信不信，現(xiàn)在大家就是做TT的居多，工廠也不愿做信用證，陷阱多，手續(xù)多，寧愿少了一定單也不要冒這個(gè)險(xiǎn)。我做了那么多單，僅憑郵件來回，連電話都不用打就成交且在出貨前匯全款的比比皆是。想一想也覺得挺奇怪的，這樣要遭遇詐騙應(yīng)該也很容易吧？但人家老外無所顧忌，起碼說明了一點(diǎn)：咱中國人在國際中的信譽(yù)度還蠻高的嘛！
“But please do remember we are working and buying from China since 1982 andone thing you do not do in China is trust a company!! ”，看到這句話時(shí)真是憤慨無比！我無法容忍一個(gè)老外如此看待中國，如此冒犯我們。雖然也可以體會(huì)之所以他會(huì)這么說，一定是以前曾遭遇到中國的不法商人。但也不能用這種口氣這么一桿子打死啊！告訴我同事有這么回事，她居然一點(diǎn)也不激動(dòng)。我問她，“你真的覺得這樣沒什么嗎？”她居然說：“你就回他說，你爸是DUCK,你媽是CHICK好了?！蔽铱駮?！

我一定要好好教訓(xùn)一下這個(gè)老外！很氣憤，但我要先把怒氣壓下來，好好想想要怎么說才讓他覺得言之有理，讓他覺得我們中國人是很有素質(zhì)的。于是給了他如下回復(fù)：

Dear Bolides,

You have badly offended our country,our company and me.If you think Chinese Co.can not be trusted, then just????produce products by yourself or imported from other countries.Why??have you been importing goods from China???? since 1982? If you said anyone who trusted us was stupid,then don't you think that cooperate with a company??????that you never trust is ridiculous? Have you even been thinking this problem?

There are illegal merchants in every world,in our country and your country is no exception.You never encounter a?? reliable company that's because good companies,good manufacturers like us will never do business with you. So you have to contact with those companies that don't deserve trust.

很快收到他的答復(fù)：

Dear Ms. Crystal,
Thank you for the great lesson and the high level of English writing and understading. I have???????? learned a lot today since 1982. We do not NEED trust, any company in the world will get a credit insurance on us, try it. You cannot say that for your firm therefore:

Lots of succes and I hope you and your company can reach the level that they can get a excellent financial record that Insurance companies will rate them as trustworthy.

倒是沒想到他會(huì)這么大度地,而且是由衷地夸我。有點(diǎn)得意。不過，他也是在盡力顯示他的紳士風(fēng)度，不想輸給了我吧?？吹阶詈?，居然夫妻倆一起署名，他夫人也是中國人，居然還要告訴我？什么意思？！作為中國人，嫁到國外，卻支持丈夫?qū)χ袊俗鞒鋈绱嗽u(píng)價(jià)?？磥?，她也是從骨子里就看不起自己了。這一次，心平氣和地給他回復(fù)了一篇更長的，不過那封郵件后來好像被我刪了。日后有空再找找看。

今晚上來，突然想起曾在這里發(fā)了一篇文章，只是想不到，竟已有這么多的回復(fù)。而且都是這么直接的贊揚(yáng)。謝謝了！回復(fù)14樓：你分析得有一定道理的。只不過，我們也已無從得知了。回復(fù)36樓：說真的，回復(fù)他的郵件，的確費(fèi)了我一定的時(shí)間。但是，當(dāng)打開郵箱，看到那樣囂張的文字時(shí)，那時(shí)，第一反應(yīng)就是忍無可忍。第二反應(yīng)就是，我要冷靜下來，好好地抨擊他。而我的回復(fù)得來的老外的反應(yīng)，讓我感覺，這時(shí)間，花的還是很值。

從這個(gè)所謂的老外第一封郵件就可以看出來他是中國人了。外國人的語氣和寫法不是這樣的。好多中國式英文“if you provide a solution we will talk further if not, no problem, because your are still far to expensive in comparison with other suppliers in China. ”IF 。。IF NOT。。呵呵！我們樓主的英文看起來更加外國化，看來那個(gè)人的素質(zhì)和學(xué)識(shí)不咋D。沒讀幾年書以為自己能說一點(diǎn)英文就當(dāng)自己是外國人，我1000％敢打包票這個(gè)人是中國人?。。?！在外資企業(yè)做事的中國人?。。?！或許可以用另外一種說法，最后郵件署名為Ms. Xandra Xu這個(gè)人，跟Mr. Bolides這個(gè)假洋鬼子是同一個(gè)人。不是所謂的夫人丈夫關(guān)系。相信我的分析么？
