    Helping Broad Customers Deal With Official Invitation Letter

          1. How to deal with Official Invitation Letter 

          

           Very easy, and I think all the salesman will get familiar with it. Here just brief introduction---search intenet local department of foreign affairs to find the exact contact way to guide you step by step. 

           1) Download the batch form of Foreigners to come China. 

           2) Prepared all the documents that the Department of Foreign Affairs required. 

           3) Express to deliver all documents to the local  Department of Foreign Affairs.  (Need 2-3 working days to apply normally and wait information) 



           2. Example 

           Once before, one of my colleagure work for machine field and 3 months, half a year gone, there is no customer information, one day, there a customer contact him and let him do the invitation letter, not hesitate, he is according to the above process to deal with and help that customer. By the way, the customer  first time cooperator is from Nigeria. But who ever knows after the official sent to the customer, there isn't information from the customer at all. 

           So, all of us need to think something~~~ 

           Yes, that's totally right!  If any one like you, your customer need the official invitation letter, how would you like to do?

           For leaving a good impression, for let the customer maximum possibility to place order with company, my colleague, me, and even every of you will consider to help customer deal with the invitation letter, right?  

          3. Personal point suggestion: 

           1) Carefully consuits the Foreign Affairs for detail process and what necessary documents are really needed. 

           2) To evaluate the customer and try what we can check the customer's information and customer's company information to make sure it deserves to help the customer to deal with the invitation letter or not. 

          3) Especially first time cooperation customer will be much more serious to help deal with Invitation Letter. 

          4) Attention the regional customer's such as the Nigeria, Bangladesh, Saudi these sensitive country, being 100% on the alert!

          So when customer lets us to help him got the invitation letter, 100% attention must be paid. We need to be responsibility for the customer coming China, we are not sure the customer's reality, wheather he or she is the cheater, criminal etc.? We really not a good way to make a confirmation. Especially first time the customer will be cooperated with us! Small thing we take time and little money, but that's the big problem when a criminal will be invited by us!   So sometimes, we can find the logicality and necessary reasons to refuse customer and really try our best to help you but recently the rules etc.
