高效回盤5大要訣 及時(shí)：接到買家詢盤，要給予及時(shí)反饋，確保詢盤回復(fù)有效性。通常在1小時(shí)內(nèi)完成回詢盤，訂單生成的率高達(dá)70%，回時(shí)間超過10小時(shí)，會(huì)大大降低訂單生成率。

從貨物離開中國(guó)海關(guān)至買家收到貨物建議每個(gè)階段賣家都給買家發(fā)一封郵件通知買家，直到買家收到貨為止。因?yàn)橘I家付款后都急于收到貨物，而郵寄過程一般又是5-10天不確定的，因此這樣隨時(shí)通知買家貨物狀態(tài)一是表現(xiàn)自己商業(yè)城信度二是及時(shí)的溝通能讓買家不再急切詢問。
