    以下是回復(fù)詢盤的一些技巧,你可以參考一下:
    高效回盤5大要訣  及時(shí):接到買家詢盤,要給予及時(shí)反饋,確保詢盤回復(fù)有效性。通常在1小時(shí)內(nèi)完成回詢盤,訂單生成的率高達(dá)70%,回時(shí)間超過10小時(shí),會(huì)大大降低訂單生成率。
      專業(yè):賣家應(yīng)具備豐富的行業(yè)知識(shí),對(duì)于客戶關(guān)于產(chǎn)品方面詢問,能夠給予專業(yè)解答。
      準(zhǔn)確:要將回復(fù)信寫得很清楚,首先要正確理解買家來函的準(zhǔn)確意思,如有不清楚的地方,則應(yīng)立即去函向客戶詢問了解,切忌一知半解。
      具體:盡量一次性多傳達(dá)自己的意思,以免來回溝通錯(cuò)過了商機(jī)。
      格式:格式一般分為稱呼、正文、敬祝語、落款幾個(gè)部分,語言簡(jiǎn)潔準(zhǔn)確,避免出現(xiàn)語法和拼寫的錯(cuò)誤。鑒于東西方文化的差異建議回答賣家問題直截了當(dāng),一般疑問句建議先回答yes或者no,然后再補(bǔ)充自己需要說明的。

    1、未付款詢盤回復(fù):

      第一主動(dòng)出擊,當(dāng)買家下單后應(yīng)及時(shí)主動(dòng)與買家聯(lián)系,聯(lián)系內(nèi)容可以按照先后順序包括為打招呼,對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)一步的介紹,并告知請(qǐng)付款以及時(shí)查看庫(kù)存?zhèn)湄洠M快發(fā)貨。下面一個(gè)不錯(cuò)的回復(fù):
      Dear XXX,
      we have got your order of......
      The bag you order is one of the hot items from my store and it is made of   high quality leather. But the order seems unpaid. If there's anything I can help   with the price or size etc.

    2、已付款訂單的回復(fù):主要內(nèi)容包括確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格,尺碼等等具體事宜,表現(xiàn)賣家的專業(yè)性下面是一個(gè)不錯(cuò)的例子:

     3、發(fā)貨后的回復(fù):

      從貨物離開中國(guó)海關(guān)至買家收到貨物建議每個(gè)階段賣家都給買家發(fā)一封郵件通知買家,直到買家收到貨為止。因?yàn)橘I家付款后都急于收到貨物,而郵寄過程一般又是5-10天不確定的,因此這樣隨時(shí)通知買家貨物狀態(tài)一是表現(xiàn)自己商業(yè)城信度二是及時(shí)的溝通能讓買家不再急切詢問。
