兩種郵件，一是指開發(fā)信，一是針對(duì)客戶的詢盤的回盤，很多人都問(wèn)我我的開發(fā)信怎么寫的，我想了想，其實(shí)真沒(méi)有什么特殊的呢，我覺(jué)得我在開發(fā)客戶的時(shí)候真正的成功之處不是我的第一封開發(fā)信，而是后來(lái)堅(jiān)持不斷的騷擾和談判時(shí)候的客戶掌握！
當(dāng)然這不是否定開放信的重要性，我的開發(fā)信都非常簡(jiǎn)單，告訴他我是做什么的，網(wǎng)址多少電話多少，如果有需要可以跟我聯(lián)系，如果暫時(shí)不需要，也希望您能夠保存我的信息，以備以后有需要的時(shí)候跟我聯(lián)系，不要耽誤了您的業(yè)務(wù)！
我的標(biāo)題都是用我的產(chǎn)品名字，從來(lái)不用其他的，當(dāng)然，如果是節(jié)日，我會(huì)加上節(jié)日祝福橫杠產(chǎn)品

主要是由一個(gè)誤區(qū)，就是介紹公司越詳細(xì)越好,寫出來(lái)一大段一大段，作為非英語(yǔ)母語(yǔ)國(guó)家，這對(duì)他們來(lái)說(shuō)絕對(duì)是負(fù)擔(dān)，你看著一大段的中國(guó)文字也會(huì)頭疼了，何況他們！
盡量分段吧，一小段一小段，一個(gè)要點(diǎn)盡量單獨(dú)成行，客戶不費(fèi)勁就能看得清楚！
