MOQ最小訂購量（minimum order quantity）
如果訂單量比較少不能滿足最小訂單量，供應(yīng)商不會送貨，反之訂單量比較高，就可能導(dǎo)致較高的庫存。這就需要采購者平衡兩者的關(guān)系。
最小訂購量與供應(yīng)商的成本緊密相關(guān)，供應(yīng)商會根據(jù)生產(chǎn)情況與成本控制，根據(jù)客戶訂貨量確定最小訂單量。即在此數(shù)額以上，供應(yīng)商可以發(fā)貨。
MPQ最小包裝量（minimun package quantity）
MPQ是minimun package quantity，即最小包裝個數(shù)，一般商品是要有內(nèi)彩盒和外包箱，一個外包箱里面容納多少內(nèi)彩盒因工廠和產(chǎn)品類型而不同，一般是容納10個，也可以變化，但為了運(yùn)輸方便和成本因素，有的工廠是有最小包裝量的，不能底于6個或者5個之類的。
