    一方面，按照常理，F(xiàn)OB條件下，出口方不承擔(dān)運(yùn)費(fèi)，所以提單上應(yīng)注明“運(yùn)費(fèi)待收”（Freight collect），但也存在特殊情況，即進(jìn)口方要求出口方支付運(yùn)費(fèi)，這需要信用證特別規(guī)定；

    另一方面，如果信用證沒有規(guī)定可以接受租船合約提單，銀行是不能接受含有租船合約提單或類似詞語(yǔ)的提單的。
