    一般來說在寫第一封推廣信的時(shí)候就已經(jīng)將每個(gè)客戶的背景大致了解過一次了，也應(yīng)該對哪個(gè)客戶是重點(diǎn)，哪個(gè)是次重點(diǎn)，哪個(gè)是一般級別的有了一個(gè)大概的印象，因此在跟蹤客戶時(shí)也應(yīng)該按照客戶的重點(diǎn)程度來。

    對于重點(diǎn)的客戶，在寫完第一封推廣信后，如果沒有收到回信一般在三天后可以再發(fā)一封諸如問候的信過去，問問客戶是否已經(jīng)回到他的國家，問問客戶時(shí)候已經(jīng)收到你的郵件和對你的郵件有什么看法等等；如果還是沒有回信，再一個(gè)三天可以發(fā)點(diǎn)你產(chǎn)品的簡單介紹配上醒目的圖片等等；如果這樣還是沒有回郵，可以考慮能夠給客戶打個(gè)問候的電話。
