4月出的一票貨，客戶的清關(guān)代理說產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)規(guī)到FDA項目下了，我問客戶，我這邊需要做什么?？蛻舻那尻P(guān)代理說我這邊不需要做什么。只是告訴客戶需要準(zhǔn)備一些東西。

于是我就放心大膽的，也沒去和工廠聯(lián)系一下，這個有什么關(guān)系。

今天早上一封郵件躺在郵箱里，我很納悶，剛剛發(fā)了一批貨的?？纯床幌袷切聠?。

果然，打開一下，出麻煩了。

We ordered a container in April 2013, which was received in June 2013,  and did not have any issues.

客戶的清關(guān)代理發(fā)給客戶的：

You need to go back to your seller and inform them that the manufacturer needs the registration and device listing. If they do not have one they can try to register and we must provide the information to FDA prior to June 26,2014 and under those circumstances they will release the goods. If you cannot obtain it the other option is to return it to them or destroy them under Customs supervision. If that is the route that we will need to take please let me know because we have to find out the options.

下邊還有很多很多封客戶跟他代理直接的郵件來往。我跟工廠講明情況，他發(fā)我一個文件過來。就是FDA注冊的所有信息。

不過我發(fā)現(xiàn)工廠的英文名稱，有一個單詞跟我發(fā)ISF的時候有不同。ISF是sanitary ,ISF是Health-care. 我跟客戶說sorry，看有沒有影響，怎么能解決。

今天晚上或者明天早上聽消息了。

以后的工作還是要細(xì)致啊！
