現(xiàn)在進入正題了，如下：
包裝指示（packing instruction)
1.can not pack different po in the same carton
一箱內(nèi)不得裝有不同訂單的貨物
2.prepack-half fold individually,solid color prepack by ratio S/2, M/3,L/2,XL/1=8pcs in one sealed poly bag.
預(yù)包裝-半折包裝，單色混碼8件入一個自動封口膠袋，配比為S/2, M/3,L/2,XL/1
3.bulk pack-half fold solid size,solid color in one master polybag, do not individually poly bagged.
大貨包裝-半折包裝，單碼單色入一個大膠袋，不需要單個小膠袋。
4.suitable qty per carton
一箱適量包裝
5.flap pack,individual poly bag by single size,not to exceed 50 LBS
平包，單色單碼入一個膠袋，每箱重量不能超過50磅
6.Poly bag must have warning printed on front of the bag as follows:
膠袋前面要印如下警告語
7.carton tape need to be colored background
要用彩色封箱膠帶
8.no clear tape allowed.
不允許用透明膠帶
9.must use sealed poly bag,poly bags must be strong enough and must sealed properly so garments do not fall out.
須用自動封口膠袋，膠袋須牢固，封口要封好以免服裝漏出
10.do not use rubber bands or string ties,each carton must have consistent quality per carton.
不要用橡皮筋或繩子捆綁，每箱數(shù)量要一致
11.only one odd carton is allowed per pack# / SKU# and must be marked with red tape on 2 opposite corners of the carton and must be labeled"odd carton"
每個pack# / SKU# 只允許有一個尾箱，尾箱需要2頭用紅色封箱膠帶作記號，在紅色膠帶上要標(biāo)記“‘odd carton"
12.do not use any straps outside of carton
紙箱外不需要任何打包帶
13. tape must be on all sides of carton（forming and "I" shape)
紙箱每個面都要有膠帶（形成”I“字型）
14.carton must have 250LBS strength
紙箱一定要有250LBS的爆破力
15.carton dimision base must be 24"L*16"W
紙箱地面必須長24”，寬16“
16.make sure to sign the tops of the cartons that you have in
spected at random
抽檢過的紙箱要在頂面做記號
17.place colored security stricker on top of carton(size=5 1/2" long *2 1/2"wide-as picture below)
紙箱頂面和底面要有彩色安全貼紙（尺寸=5 1/2"長* 2 1/2”寬-見下圖)
