有合作的易友有沒有遇到這樣的情況:Our company main client is GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN SECTOR, OIL & GAS,INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENTS the most reliable sector for the payments to her suppliers all over the world we are attaching herewith the detailed document for your study and further intimation to the supplier so that they can understand the complete business environment, following are the main points.please keep in mind that we are supplier and not direct buyer.
1. Our client mode of payment is L/C(irrevocable at supplier bank account) they will made no advance payment
2. our client needs A BID BOND (specimen attached) equivalent to 2% duly submitted by the bank of supplier in the name of our client.ISSUING BANK MUST HAVE A BRANCH IN PAKISTAN .
3. When the quotation is accepted by our client and he places order on the supplier at that time the supplier would have to submit A PERFORMANCE BOND(specimentattached)
which is equivalent to 10% of the FOB amount.
4. our company charges 2% of the FOB price as our commission when the payment has been disbursed

在石油界,這種工程單是很常見,一般都做信用證,對供應商資質(zhì)及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量均有很高要求,中標后還要求供應商提供貨值5%-10%的履約保證金,按要求履約后如沒大問題后銀行會一定期限內(nèi)如數(shù)退回。

對一般國內(nèi)私營企業(yè),個人認為不直接參與競標為好,而是授權讓當?shù)卮砘蚬局苯尤ジ倶?,我們按招標文件要求報價就好,BID BOND 和 PERFORMANCE BON 還得讓AGENT處理,將費用和風險降低,再說有實力的當?shù)毓具@兩個費用都不是問題。最穩(wěn)當?shù)姆椒ň褪俏覀兂洚斶@個中間公司的供應商就OK~其它事情讓AGENT去處理。。。
這是一般與政府機構做生意的方式,就是投標。
你要和一些政府機構做生意,就需要一些他們的這類的人到有關機構代你去投標。
