A客戶來自烏干達,已經(jīng)是我的老客戶了,更是我們公司的老客戶了。但是卻有個可笑之處,盡管我們合作了這么多次,幾乎月月都有訂單,可是每張訂單在確定前都是要先吵上好長一段架的,不可思議吧?呵呵
在我生他氣的時候,我是這樣總結(jié)他的人品的:張橫跋扈,目中無人,無理取鬧,以自我為中心,總愛猜忌,性格急躁,每天都來詢問同件產(chǎn)品的價格,愛耍心機沒良心(總是匯款了馬上告知要加貨,余款下次付),懶散無厘頭。。。似乎一無是處
可冷靜下來想想,他還是蠻可愛的:不記仇,認錯態(tài)度還算不錯(雖然從不說出口,但基本都默認),時刻懷疑我但又信任我(幾乎在中國采購的各類雜貨都發(fā)到我們公司,由我代寄),單純可愛(耍心機經(jīng)常不能得逞,我有理甚過他)
for example :
A:when can you send out my goods ?
me: 2 days after receive the payment
A:why need so long time ?!
me: my friend , it's our normal delivery time , we will try our best to be faster considering you are urgent
A:no , today you must send out goods to me , now i go transfering
me: my friend , you are our old client , you should know our reguilar time clearly , if urgent , pls deal with the payment first , we will try our best
A: be serious ! every week i give you order (瞧他夸張的。。), if you cannot send out today , i'll cancle the order and buy from others . do you believe ? i'll call your boss ! give me his NO. ! i'll never do business with you again !
me: :) yes , my friend , i believe , if you can find a better supplier , we will be glad . wish you good luck ! our boss NO. is ******
.....
A: when can you send the goods ? i'll make the payment now
me: ......
類似的事情幾乎每天都在上演。因為他每天都在線,每天咨詢同樣產(chǎn)品的價格,每天和我吵架,我就朝他發(fā)泄對他的不滿(當然我都是就事論事),跟他講道理,然后就是沉默,過后又主動找我。一吵就說be serious ! never do business with you again ! , 但是卻一直給我下單,我的這個可愛的客戶成了公司工作之余的娛樂項目了,幾乎每天都能讓同事們笑個不停 。
嘿~ 看來他還是挺有功勞的,得感謝這個讓人又氣又覺得可愛的A童鞋哦!
希望他跟我少吵點,不要太無理就行,單多給我點,也祝他生意興隆吧 O(∩_∩)O~
