    差不多是：按信用證要求鉛的含量不超過2% 不過外貿(mào)中PB夜市performance bond，履約保函的意思，這對(duì)于買方來說是由好處的，賣方如果愿意開PB過來，證明他的供貨能力有較大的可信度，如果他不能履約的話，保函會(huì)自動(dòng)的劃入買方的帳戶，不能退回 回答完畢！
