    剛剛聽dhl說從9.01開始郵寄國外樣品，公司必須在海關(guān)登記過的。好像只有進出口權(quán)的企業(yè)才可以發(fā)樣國外，是這樣嗎？這樣個人做貿(mào)易的不是沒有辦法做了。

    把報關(guān)委托書，機構(gòu)代碼，HS編碼提供給DHL就行了，其他的程序跟以前一樣。
