    怎樣寫開發(fā)信

    第一段:簡明扼要的告訴客人我們怎樣得知他需求信息,最好是一句話就OK。
    第二段:簡單扼要的告訴客人我們是該產(chǎn)品的專業(yè)生產(chǎn)商或供應(yīng)商,我們有上乘質(zhì)量及具有競爭力的價格?,F(xiàn)特別推薦我們的新產(chǎn)品,暢銷的一品種來給客人。最多不要超過兩句話。
    ????第三段:詳細地描述所推薦產(chǎn)品,越全面越好。通常是對產(chǎn)品品名,性能,材料,F(xiàn)OB/CIF價格,產(chǎn)品規(guī)格,包裝規(guī)格,技術(shù)參數(shù),付款方式,生產(chǎn)時間,樣品提供情況等每一環(huán)節(jié)要做詳細介紹,但也不能太累贅。
    ????第四段:希望能夠得到客人的評價及回復(fù),如有任何疑問,歡迎隨時溝通,我們便在第一時間給予客人的回復(fù)。最好是一句話。
    ????第五段:一句話,那就是我們公司的詳細聯(lián)系方式,最好含有公司的電子郵件地址,公司的網(wǎng)頁。方便客人更好回復(fù)及更多對我們的了解。

    1.?簡單:你推廣信的語言一定要簡練,不要羅里羅嗦.因為很多外國商人沒有多少耐心,如果你的第一封推廣信無比冗長用詞深奧,他們根本不會讀下去,其結(jié)果是往往當作垃圾郵件處理了.

    4.?????清晰:一定要充分利用電子郵件傳遞圖片的優(yōu)勢,這樣更能說明問題,同時也可以降低成本,圖文并茂的效果會比單純語言喋喋不休來得更直接.另外,發(fā)出郵件之前,要仔細的再檢查一下,有無拼寫或語法錯誤,盡量把可能給別人的不良印象減到最小.清晰明了才是一封成功的郵件.
