    做業(yè)務(wù)的人最無奈的莫過于客人直接對你說NO,但在客人對你說NO的時候也不要放棄。舉一個我自己的例子,希望大家能從中有點(diǎn)啟示。
    一次我在網(wǎng)上看到一個客人的求購,給他發(fā)了封希望建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)的郵件,開始客人回復(fù)不想從國外進(jìn)口,可我沒有因此放棄,而是繼續(xù)和客人聯(lián)系,現(xiàn)在終于取得可喜的結(jié)果。下面是我和客人的開始來往郵件,希望大家供大家參考和指正:

    客人回復(fù)旬盤開始:

    Dear Sir,

    Thanks for your kind reply.??We are not importing from other countries. If
    you have any branch here in france dealing in the items we need, please do
    let us know.

    前段時間與英國客人談一個化妝盒,設(shè)計圖稿,改了幾次,確認(rèn)好了,我們報最后確認(rèn)價,老板硬是在原來8塊的報價上加了4快五。12.5 的價格報出去之后??腿藦拇髓脽o音訊,我發(fā)了10封跟蹤?quán)]件客人都不回。我知道是因?yàn)槲覀儍r格提太高的緣故,可自己辛辛苦苦談了這么久,我又不愿就這么放棄了。

    于是4.17號的時候,我給客人打了個長途,簡單詢問之后,客人說了很多,我也聽不太懂,我給客人說我們真得很想與他們合作,如果可以,我可以給他2.5% 的折扣,之后把我的SKYPE 給他,告訴他具體的我們在線談,客人很高興,馬上就加我了。接下來,當(dāng)天晚上就搞定了,價格USD1.71/PCS,這個價格還是不錯的,我們老板告訴我報1.69呢,我先報1.75 ,最后以1.71成交。雖說單不大,但又給了我一次處理無回音報價的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

    編后語:報價之后要是跟蹤多次跟蹤都沒有信息,可以考慮給客人打個電話問一下情況,也加深客人對你的印象。
