    這種問(wèn)題經(jīng)常遇到,我自己談單子有一個(gè)原則,我絕對(duì)不會(huì)說(shuō)同行一句壞話,哪怕是實(shí)話,因?yàn)榧幢闶菍?shí)話,客戶也會(huì)認(rèn)為我在故意攻擊,從而印象變差。


    但是有很多同行不這樣想,他們以攻擊同行為樂(lè),因?yàn)樗麄儗?shí)在是找不到自己的優(yōu)勢(shì),只能攻擊對(duì)手。其實(shí)他們的想法就是魚(yú)死網(wǎng)破,我不報(bào)多少希望,但是我可以攪局,你不跟我合作,估計(jì)被攻擊的人也要廢點(diǎn)唇舌去解釋。客戶不是鐵板一塊,他們也會(huì)琢磨,即便不全信,也會(huì)信上幾分!


    面對(duì)攻擊和詆毀,我們不能罵回去,因?yàn)槟菢幼尶蛻艨葱υ?,?shí)在是不堪,本來(lái)中國(guó)同行之間為了訂單血拼價(jià)格已經(jīng)讓老外樂(lè)呵呵的拿到低價(jià)格之外,還加上鄙視了我們一把!如果再互相攻擊,那中國(guó)人的臉就沒(méi)地方放了!


    所以,我有自己的一套方法,這套方法,是表情加語(yǔ)言:


    表情:首先表現(xiàn)去疑惑和震驚,然后表現(xiàn)出不屑,極其的不屑或者無(wú)奈(視你的語(yǔ)言而定)!


    注意:這一套表情要經(jīng)常練習(xí),對(duì)著鏡子,演給自己看,一直到自己認(rèn)為自己的表情是發(fā)自內(nèi)心為止!


    語(yǔ)言:

    1.我認(rèn)為您聽(tīng)錯(cuò)了,我跟**公司關(guān)系很好,我們都是朋友,雖然是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者,但是經(jīng)常溝通交流,探討一些技術(shù)問(wèn)題。所以他絕對(duì)不會(huì)這樣說(shuō)的??赡苁撬麄兊臉I(yè)務(wù)英語(yǔ)太差吧,讓你誤解了!


    I believe you have misunderstanding.We are keeping a very good communication with this company about something.Yes.we are competitors,but we are good friends in our private life.They should not tell you like this.Maybe because the sales' English is too bad.He cant make himself understood by you.


    這一條要笑,而且要笑的開(kāi),想想,如果你的朋友告訴了你一件事,你不相信,而且堅(jiān)信他聽(tīng)錯(cuò)了,是什么表情。


    這一條的主要目的就是裝無(wú)辜,裝純潔,客戶很少編造謊言,尤其是當(dāng)著同一個(gè)地區(qū)同行的面,一般真的是對(duì)方說(shuō)的。我們要表現(xiàn)的不相信,很單純,很信任他們,這樣客戶會(huì)對(duì)我們的單純加分。


    2.我不想解釋太多,價(jià)格可以說(shuō)明一切。


    i dont want to explain too much.The price we offered to you is everything.


    這一條一般應(yīng)對(duì)同行說(shuō)我們是貿(mào)易公司的時(shí)候。很奇怪,我們明明是工廠,同行居然說(shuō)我們是貿(mào)易公司,ok,沒(méi)問(wèn)題,工廠有工廠的價(jià)格,貿(mào)易公司會(huì)有貿(mào)易公司的價(jià)格,比較就好!


    當(dāng)然,作為貿(mào)易公司,面對(duì)很懂行的客戶,要學(xué)會(huì)壓低自己的報(bào)價(jià),以免被當(dāng)做貿(mào)易公司直接淘汰掉!


    所以維護(hù)好供應(yīng)商很重要,非常重要,要舍得投入,要拿出誠(chéng)意……


    3.我不解釋。以為你已經(jīng)看到你了你想要看到的一切,足夠了。我只想知道你是否相信我,如果你相信我,我覺(jué)得你不會(huì)相信這些話!如果你不相信我,我覺(jué)得沒(méi)有必要再繼續(xù)談下去!


    I dont want to explain anything.You have seen what you wanted to see.It is enough.The only thing I want to know is whether you believe in me or not.If yes,you will never believe this kind of words.If no,I dont think we have neccessary to continue our communication.


    這種適應(yīng)于原來(lái)談的很好,突然有人冒出來(lái)說(shuō)我們壞話,因?yàn)殛P(guān)系已經(jīng)到了一定的程度,可以說(shuō)這種話,利用雙方的關(guān)系做文章。而且說(shuō)實(shí)話,我就是這樣一個(gè)人,如果你不相信我,完全可以不合作,因?yàn)榧幢愫献髁?,后續(xù)的問(wèn)題一定少不了!


    4.相信別人說(shuō)的還是相信你自己的眼睛,我覺(jué)得您肯定會(huì)做出正確的選擇!

    有些客戶看工廠,一次會(huì)看好幾家??戳宋覀兗抑?,再去其他家,可能會(huì)拿著我們家的價(jià)格砍價(jià),對(duì)方可能會(huì)說(shuō)我們這里不行,那里不好!


    當(dāng)然前提是客戶對(duì)這次參觀很滿意,如果不滿意估計(jì)也不會(huì)跟我們說(shuō)其他人說(shuō)我們這里不好那里不行了!這是客戶的心里,所以很多話,可以大膽的說(shuō)!


    你要想讓別人相信,首先自己必須堅(jiān)定不移!


    5.我承認(rèn),你說(shuō)的這個(gè)部分是事實(shí),但是絕對(duì)沒(méi)有那么嚴(yán)重。誰(shuí)家的產(chǎn)品可以發(fā)誓說(shuō)自己的100%不出任何問(wèn)題?我相信沒(méi)人敢,如果是,公司不需要養(yǎng)著售后服務(wù)了。蘋(píng)果的質(zhì)量好吧,也要有全球聯(lián)保體系!如果真的如他們說(shuō)的那么嚴(yán)重,我們?cè)缇偷归]了!我們的售后早就已經(jīng)解決了這些問(wèn)題。


    很多公司會(huì)攻擊我們,說(shuō)我們的設(shè)備不穩(wěn)定,經(jīng)常出問(wèn)題,給客戶帶來(lái)?yè)p失云云。甚至說(shuō),讓客戶遭受了巨大損失,破產(chǎn)!我會(huì)如此說(shuō)!這時(shí)候的表情應(yīng)該是帶著鄙視,帶著不屑,這種鄙夷和不屑客戶會(huì)明白是沖著同行的!


    Ok,I admit.Part of what you just said is the truth.But never ever so serious!Who can tell you there products never to be out of order?I believe Nobody Can!Or why they said they have many after-sale personals in the website,right?Such as Apple mobile,nobody will doubt it is the best in the world.They still need after-sale service all over the world.


    Otherwise,if so serious,our company has been bankrupt 100 years ago.Our skilled after-sale service has solved this problem within one hour after what happened.


    6.我就知道他們會(huì)告訴你。我不知道為什么,為什么每次有客戶來(lái),他們非要告訴客戶我們有問(wèn)題。我都不知道這些新聞是誰(shuí)編出來(lái)的。眼見(jiàn)為實(shí),你相信自己的眼睛,還是相信別人的嘴巴?實(shí)話實(shí)說(shuō),如果你要告訴他你要去看B公司,他會(huì)把這個(gè)故事的主角換成B公司的!


    我有一個(gè)很有意思的同行A,他把我們當(dāng)死敵,每次客戶來(lái)他們必回說(shuō)我們?cè)趺礃釉趺礃?,出這種問(wèn)題出那種問(wèn)題;而且我跟其他的同行聊天說(shuō)起這個(gè)事的時(shí)候,他們很驚訝,說(shuō)A也給我們的客戶編故事,說(shuō)我們這樣。恍然大悟,原來(lái)是一個(gè)故事,變換主角罷了!


    Do reallise you will say this topic.I dont know why A always tells my customer that our company is so terrible.And either i dont know where they got this news.They describle the details so carefully.Just as they are the character.You have seen our factory.Belive your eye or other's mouth?


    By the way,if you tell them you want to visit other company not us.They will also tell you this story.just change us to other company!

    7.正面解釋法:


    直面客戶的問(wèn)題,做正面的解釋,這個(gè)有時(shí)候也會(huì)用,如果客戶糾纏這個(gè)問(wèn)題不放,就可以用,這個(gè)問(wèn)題未必真實(shí)發(fā)生了,但是客戶或許已經(jīng)當(dāng)真!


    我不想解釋一些別人杜撰的東西,這些事情根本沒(méi)發(fā)生過(guò),我不知道怎么解釋。但是我想說(shuō)明白亮點(diǎn),設(shè)備損壞未必是質(zhì)量一定有問(wèn)題,第一,員工的操作問(wèn)題,我們會(huì)培訓(xùn)員工,給客戶教學(xué)視頻或者文件,如果還是因?yàn)閱T工操作而出錯(cuò),損壞,我們是不會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)的,據(jù)我說(shuō)知,除非有錄像,員工很少會(huì)承認(rèn)自己操作出錯(cuò);第二,很多客戶就是想話1w買設(shè)備,我們也解釋了1w的設(shè)備會(huì)經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)故障,他們也接受,出了問(wèn)題就別他媽給我叨叨!


    I dont want to explain such things made up or fabricated by somebody.This is not truth.I dont know how to explain.I can only explain something which does exist.


    But there is something i should tell you:Machines go out of order not only because of the quality of machinery.There are many other reasons:


    1.false operation by workers.To avoid being punished,they of course will not tell you the truth.When we are installing the machines,we will teach you ,and the video and documents of operation will be along with the machines .Never violate the operaion rules.There should not be so many problems.


    2.Someone want buy our machine in 10000usd.Also they have been told machines at this price will always go out of order and will not last very long life.They have accepted.So if there is anything wrong which we have noticed ,just shout up!


    面對(duì)很多糾纏不休,自命不凡,說(shuō)自己工廠很大,工人很多,卻斤斤計(jì)較價(jià)格的客戶,我經(jīng)常會(huì)這樣說(shuō)!
