有個(gè)澳洲客戶,說(shuō)給他安排樣品,因?yàn)槠贩N比較多,有些材料沒(méi)有,本來(lái)說(shuō)好可以先寄走已經(jīng)做好的。等樣品包好以后,他又改變主意。
我就又等了大半個(gè)月,廠里有材料又安排打了一次。
這些包裝停當(dāng),發(fā)郵件告訴他,說(shuō)要另一個(gè)品種放一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)原料。這個(gè)我已經(jīng)放好了。他去查到付運(yùn)費(fèi),跟我這邊比較預(yù)付,再選擇哪個(gè)方法發(fā)樣品。誰(shuí)知道,他主管又說(shuō)安排這個(gè)新品的成品。糟糕的事情,這個(gè)廠里沒(méi)有,短期也不會(huì)有做,這個(gè)原料準(zhǔn)備的話,是要有單才行的,數(shù)量很小沒(méi)有辦法制造的。
等了幾天,客戶今天發(fā)給我的郵件如下:
My Sales Director doesn’t feel confidence as per you mentioned that no plan to make *** therefore can't make sample….
Is it not popular product? Not much sales on this? Do you have regular sales on this? When is the schedule for next run on either the finished product ? How do you organise it if order come? Wait for few months? What is the lead times? Likewise we are promoting new product to our customer, if they request a sample (not just few sheet but a whole roll) and we are certainly to provide them as per their requesting and also in quick response.
這個(gè)都是出口的東西,國(guó)內(nèi)沒(méi)需求。我建議客戶先放下這個(gè)種類(lèi)。繼續(xù)等待……
