是不是跟一些人的心態(tài)很吻合？我們上學(xué)的時(shí)候，有非常多的人就是成天嚷嚷著這個(gè)時(shí)間不適合讀書，那個(gè)時(shí)間也不適合讀書。那么我們到了職場，做外貿(mào)也是如此，就有非常多的人給自己找理由，圣誕節(jié)了客戶放假了不適合開發(fā)客戶，齋月了客戶放假了不適合開發(fā)客戶，6-8月歐洲客戶度假了不適合開發(fā)客戶...
做業(yè)務(wù)永遠(yuǎn)充滿困難，了解困難是讓我們知道如何去克服，而不是給自己方便找理由。外貿(mào)之路披荊斬棘，行常人不能行之事，于無聲處驚雷，如逆水行舟不進(jìn)則退。調(diào)整好這樣的心態(tài)，我們才能在圣誕節(jié)做到同行不能做到的事情，下面進(jìn)入主題。
一、賀卡篇
圣誕節(jié)除了禮品外，就是賀卡，先發(fā)一張個(gè)人覺得不大好的賀卡。想象一下，我們客戶在圣誕期間收到了多少封這樣的電子賀卡？這樣千篇一律的內(nèi)容根本不能讓客戶記住我們，也許有禮貌的客戶會(huì)回復(fù)個(gè)thank you，如果客戶在忙，基本就忽略了。
那么一個(gè)賀卡應(yīng)該有什么元素？最好的模板應(yīng)該是： 一兩句簡潔溫馨的祝福+我們個(gè)人或者公司的照片+圣誕元素的裝飾，其實(shí)圣誕元素的裝飾不宜太花哨，也要簡單明了，不然喧賓奪主。
如果自己的產(chǎn)品能夠作為圣誕裝飾的就更好了，比如工藝品、燈具，甚至于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品都可以替換蘋果掛在圣誕樹上，這個(gè)時(shí)候就要看創(chuàng)意啦。美女可以放自己的自拍，可以加分。舉幾個(gè)我覺得還不錯(cuò)的模板，希望大家舉一反三，寫出更好的，溫馨、創(chuàng)意最重要，花點(diǎn)心思，客戶會(huì)感覺到。（為了避免誤會(huì)，我就把所有照片都換成了女神~~）
二、 逼單篇
圣誕節(jié)也是催單提醒的時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)
圣誕節(jié)前的一段時(shí)間是催單的好時(shí)機(jī)，這不僅關(guān)系著年底你是否能夠收割一波訂單，也關(guān)系著客戶2019年的采購計(jì)劃能不能讓你占得先機(jī)。這里提供了一些參考的催單溝通方式。
距離我們的春節(jié)假期只剩xx天了，我司的休假時(shí)間是從x月x日一直到x月x日，如果您的訂單不能在x月x日之前出貨，就要一直等到x月x日才可以處理了。（可適當(dāng)延長假期的時(shí)間）
As the Chinese New Year is coming, kindly take note that our factory and office will be on holiday from X to X. If your order can't be shipped out before XX, there is a waiting period until XX.
春節(jié)前是出貨旺季，艙位很難訂，很可能會(huì)爆艙，或者海運(yùn)費(fèi)暴漲。此外，船期如果安排在我司的春節(jié)假期期間，工人都放假了沒法裝貨，一些問題也無法及時(shí)處理。請您盡早安排，留下充足的處理時(shí)間，以免發(fā)生本可避免的意外麻煩。
As strong peak season demand uses up all available capacity, ocean freight rates may be driven up to a very high level. On the other hand, our factory and office will be closed from X to X for the Chinese New Year. I'm sorry your order would not be processed during the holidays. It would be highly appreciated if you could arrange the shipment and get us notified ASAP to avoid unwanted inconvenience.
大貨做好都有xx（時(shí)間）了，您一直沒安排發(fā)貨，是不是有什么難處或考慮，不妨說出來我們商量解決？
I'm wondering if you've got any difficulties or worries in arranging shipment, as your order is ready since XX. Please don't hesitate to let me know.

一些“威脅式”的催單（慎用）：
現(xiàn)在是生產(chǎn)旺季，倉庫已滿，再不出貨的話我司要加收倉儲(chǔ)費(fèi)了。
Because we have run out of warehouse space during the peak season, please ship your order promptly to avoid a long-term storage fee of（多少錢/天）.
由于倉庫已滿，如果因不及時(shí)出貨導(dǎo)致包裝擠壓損壞，我司對(duì)此是不賠償?shù)摹?/span>
Please arrange your shipment in time because the warehouse is running out of space, or we will not cover the cost of the extrusions and damages of packaging.
現(xiàn)在是生產(chǎn)旺季，倉庫已滿，老板說如果貨已經(jīng)做好xx（多長時(shí)間）客戶還不安排發(fā)貨的，那就把您不急需的產(chǎn)品先處理掉，賣給急需的客人了。等您要貨的時(shí)候我們再給您生產(chǎn)，將會(huì)排期在x月x日（比較久）之后了。（注：這是下策中的下策，這一辦法適合于非定制產(chǎn)品，并確實(shí)不難找到下家，否則真的一拍兩散，雙方都受損?；蛘呷绻畛醯暮贤杏羞@樣的限期約定是最好的了，理直氣壯！）

備注：如果比較著急出貨，請直接打電話給客戶，比發(fā)郵件要高效得多。
三、 開發(fā)篇
圣誕節(jié)也并不是所有的人都放假的，雖然有一大片客戶會(huì)放假，但是還有一大片不會(huì)放假，而且很多放假的公司是會(huì)有固定的幾個(gè)人輪流值班的，往年經(jīng)驗(yàn)來看，有時(shí)候發(fā)出去的郵件大部分都是會(huì)有人回復(fù)的（只不過回復(fù)的人有可能會(huì)變）。另外和高溫假同理，很多客戶會(huì)選擇來中國度假，也是得知客戶行程的機(jī)會(huì)，（郵件開發(fā)信模板里就有問行程的）所以千萬不要懈怠自己的工作，該發(fā)郵件的時(shí)候還是要發(fā)的。不信可以看看別人最近的詢盤，最后附上圣誕開發(fā)信模板。有條件的可以做成精美html格式的開發(fā)信，使用我們頂易的OES精細(xì)郵件發(fā)送
